Steps to Beach • Pool • Spacious 30A Family Retreat

Great location and layout for a large family Positive: We loved the location of this home as well as the layout for a large family and the helpfulness, kindness and responsiveness of the management. Loved the 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 additional up. Very spacious master bedroom and bathroom and living spaces. Very easy to get to the beach/pool on foot and a quiet community close enough to Seaside/Rosemary. Parking right in front of the home was convenient. We did love our stay overall. Negative: Very minimal supplies and some furnishings/ kitchen supplies felt a little dirty/worn. Only 6 beach towels and 4 chairs (2 were broken) provided for a home that sleeps 11. We had a grocery order delivered but then had to run to the store once we realized only a couple trash bags, no coffee filters, 1 roll of paper towels and minimal toilet paper, tiny dish soap were provided. Pillows/sheets felt cheap. Extra pillows did not have pillow cases. The deeded beach access shoreline is claimed completely by rental chairs (some even stayed empty the whole stay) so I’d recommend renting those chairs for the best spot or walking a bit to the public beach to not be obstructed by the rental chairs. There is a great little lagoon area just down the beach we really enjoyed. Overall, it would have been helpful to have more info ahead of time to plan our stay better, or, we would have been glad to pay a bit more to have all of the basic supplies provided rather than have to run to and from the store when items ran out.

Close to beach and pool, quiet neighborhood, attentive property managers! Lots of space and very clean! Positive: Very close to beach!! Easy access to pool. Lots of space and beach chairs/toys provided. Negative: Pillows need to be upgraded! Property should have more than 2 fobs for beach access with larger group rentals
